    Dear Valued Customer,

    We have been advised by the United States Coast Guard that effective immediately, all containers loaded with vehicles must bear a label on the door with the following warning: “WARNING-MAY CONTAIN EXPLOSIVE MIXTURES WITH AIR- KEEP IGNITION SOURCES AWAY WHEN OPENING”.

Advices to have good running computers

Security:

  • Always use an Antivirus! ( AVG Professional Edition from Grisoft, Norton Antivirus from Symantec, etc... )
  • Check your computer regularlly for Spamware and Adware. There are a lot of good Anti-spam programs on the web that does not cost. (ex. AD-AWARE SE from LAVASOFT)
  • Use a Power Backup Unit, to prevent data losses
  • Do not install unnecesay software (ex. Screen Savers, Mouse Icons, etc) or applications from unknown sources. Free software does not exist! You will pay a price in viruses and/or its are a security risk
  • Do not open e-mails from unknown people or companies and never forward junk e-mail (Power Point Presentations .pps, Pictures or Web Pages), usually you just incorporate your friends e-mail addresses into junk mail lists, once their e-mails are in those lists they will receive a more lot of junk e-mails. There is no way to unsuscribe to those automatic e-mail sender lists
  • Always install updates from Microsoft Updates. Those updates are patches to prevent attacks from jackers

Data:

  • Save your data in "My Documents" folder. That way if your computer needs to be recovered, all your data may be backed up easy
  • Check your computer regularlly for Spamware and Adware. There are a lot of good Anti-spam programs on the web that does not cost. (ex. AD-AWARE SE from LAVASOFT)
  • Make backups often, save them in external medias (USB Drives or CD/DVDs). If there is a hard drive crash you will lost less data
  • Store software and drive intallation CD/DVDs in secure places. In a crash situation you may need them
  • Make prints of important e-mails and documents
